FaMiLy ReUnIoN 2009

Each year I sooo look forward to our camping reunion. This year Ally and Gracie were also very excited. We go for like 5 days and it is so fun to just hang out with all the family and be dirty and not care at all.

This is my kids the day we got there. Notice how nice and clean they are. That lasted maybe 5 minutes!
We took Jordan's Dad's 4-wheeler and Jordan and the girls were always on it. One day the three 4-wheelers that were up there decided to go on a long ride. Jordan took Ally. When they came back the first time Jordan's 4-wheeler had over heated and then one of my uncles had rolled his and broke the brake lever so they came back and did not make it where they wanted to go. The next day all was well and they headed off again and they made it to the top this time. There was an old fire watch station up on the top that they said was really cool and that they were throwing rocks off the edge. When I asked Jordan how the ride was he said that it was not bad and that it was only bad in a couple of spots.
On the way home however he showed me the mountain that he took my daughter to the top of, lets just say he was a little misleading!!! He then told me the truth of just how steep it was!
It was to the top of the highest peak in the picture!
Grandma thought that all the kids would enjoy painting rocks so she took them out one morning to pick some out and then they sat and painted the all afternoon. You can tell that they were all very serious about it.
These were Ally's finished creations.
This is my Uncle Buggs Spongebob rock. I have to say that there is quite a Spongebob obsession in the family. His family LOVES it and so do my girls and many other family members, so it was only fitting that there was a Spongebob rock! He is an amazing artist so of course it turned out awesome!
One day Grandma decided that she would get everyone to start a water gun fight. Ally is ruthless when she does this.
Gracie was dumping her gun on Ally and thought that that was funny.
Jordan helped Gracie get in on the fun.
This is Ally and Jaidee chasing each other around the campground with their guns.
Gracie ended up playing in the water most of the time. She was really wet by the end.
Gracie and Taylor checking each other out. All three of the little ones that we had there just kinda checked each other out and did not really play together until we were ready to go home. Next year, I have a feeling that they will be a lot wilder!
Ally did not feel very good the last night and all the playing just wore her out! It was too cute!
This is Ally and Jaidee playing Go Fish. It was really funny to watch them play their own version.
This was the gorgeous view when we walked to the little swimming place.
They had tons of fun even though I am sure that the water was freezing!
This is how Ally and Gracie slept in the tent each night. They defiantly had to have been much warmer. I just thought that it was cute.
Gracie was just being weird and was hugging Ally and would not let go and if she did she would hurry and start hugging her again. She is a nerd.
The morning we left we took individual family pictures.
Then one picture of all of us.
These are my tired, dirty and sunburned girls on the way home. Ally did not wake up until we pulled into our house.
We had soooooo much fun and I am already looking forward to next year!
