HaPpY EaStEr!!!

I have definitely decided that the holidays get so much funner the older the girls get. Ally was soooo excited this year to color Easter eggs and for the Easter Bunny to come.

She was showing me her tongue while saying cheese!

Gracie thought that she needed to push the egg all the way in the dye and not just put it on the spoon....needless to say her fingers were a little messy.

Ally was so serious.

Gracie was quite that artist on our eggs.

This is how she says cheese now for the camera. I finally got her to start somewhat smiling for me and this rotten face is what I get!

Ally was trying to hold it so that there was a white spot on the egg like her dad was doing. We told her that she couldn't move so that it would stay. She did pretty good, but she could not hold still that long.

Ally had so much fun finding the eggs that the Easter Bunny had hidden.

It took Gracie a minute to figure out what Ally was doing and once she did she was off to find them too.

When Ally saw her Barbie she was sooooo excited. She could not believe that the Easter Bunny knew just the Barbie she had always wanted! (She has been wanting this thing since her cousin Jaidee had it. It sings and the songs is now in my head 24/7!!! Thanks Tani!!!)

Gracie loves dogs so she was in heaven.

These are the girls Easter dresses that I somewhat helped my Grandma make. They turned out so cute! Ally loved hers and wants to wear it all the time and not have to take it off because it twirls and makes her dance. Gracie on the other hand....we did not get to try the dress on until right before these pics because if we would show it to her or try to hold it up to measure it or anything she would yell at us and run away and say it was Ally's! She is rotten.....what can I say she is like her mom and does not like dresses!! Once I put it on her she loved to spin in it like Ally.

Barbie had to be in the picture with her because she was in her pretty Easter dress too!

Here she is trying to show me her tongue again.

I love this new CHEESE that she does!

She looks extremely rotten in this one.....I love it!

After church we went to my Grandma Barnard's to eat Easter dinner. It was absolutely delicious! As you can see from Gracie's rotten faces she was okay before church, but once we got to my Grandma's she was fevered and felt like crap. She did not even get to fully enjoy the fantastic food. Once we got home and gave her medicine and put her to bed she slept for like 14 hours and is back to herself today.

So here is for my sister that does not believe me that I look prego yet (even though she has seen how big I end up she still does not believe me!) This is like 24 weeks so we are getting there. From this point on it will just keep getting bigger.....a lot bigger! O-well, at least right now I have an excuse to eat all the crap that I want and gain wait!

Happy Easter to you guys! I agree with you...holidays are so much more fun with kids and the older they get and the more there are. They feed off of each other. I love it! I love the dresses. You did a great job on them. I need you to teach me how to make bows. I've tried but they just don't come out very well!
